The food that is consumed during this plan should always be in the combination, as Protein should be consumed with fats and carbohydrates. 8 glasses of water every day should also be consumed in this diet.

No Flour No Sugar Diet
This weight loss diet lays emphasis on not taking flour and sugar as they are said to be poor in nutritional qualities. This diet reduces the empty calorie consumed through carbohydrate based foods which are also high in fats. In this diet, food items like whole grains, vegetables, fruits and legumes which are rich source of vitamins, fibers and minerals should be consumed. With this plan you tend to follow the lifestyle that encourages having food without significant content of sugar and refined flour, which is based on the interpretation of the labels on the food items.
