A 13-years-old-boy broke the record of Mount Everest climber

It is pure amazing, what Jordan Romero has done. At his 13 years old age, he succeeded breaking record, becoming the youngest Mount Everest climber in history. Previously, the record owned by Temba Tsheri from Nepal, in the age 16 years old.

Jordan Romero called his mother through a satellite telephone from the top of the highest mountain in the world, 8,850 meter from the sea surface.

“Mom, I’m calling you from the highest place on earth,” says Romero, mimicked by her mother, Leigh Anne – when she was watching her son’s trip through online GPS, like what was written on News.com.au Saturday, May 22, 2010.
“My son and I were so emotional, crying together and saying ‘I love you’.” “I told him to get home, soon.”
The mother was very proud. Leigh Anne could not express her feelings knowing that his son has made it to the top of the highest mountain on earth. She just cried.

The wavy haired-Jordan Romero has climbed Kilimanjaro Mountain, Africa when he was nine. He said that a painting in his school shows the seven highest tops of the earth has inspired him.
“Every step I took takes me closer to the biggest goal in my life – to stand at the top of the world.” He mentioned in his blog.

Jordan, a boy from Big Bear, California, climbed Mount Everest with his father, his father’s girlfriend, and three Sherpa, person who shows directions and the carriers. He left for the top of Mount Everest from China. He signed himself for the climbing in last April.
